Calling all musical chair-ists, egg drop aficionados, tug-o-war enthusiasts or simply anyone who wants to have fun- The GAMA picnic is just around the corner!!!
The picnic is a perfect way to peel away the stresses of the workweek and relax Austin style– with plenty of sunshine, food, mingling, music and games!
We are organizing the first ever Austin Malayalee Volleyball Tournament at the annual picnic; so get your six member |

team and come join the action and fun. Check out pictures from last year’s picnic which had over 45 families in attendance! Please spread the word and make the 2008 picnic the biggest yet!

Charity Initiatives |

GAMA Board is looking into ways to contribute to the Austin community through various local activities and charity drives. Towards this end, our Charity Committee has taken the first steps by attending an orientation session for the Salvation Army which feeds the homeless 3 meals a day, 365 days a year! |
|
Also, we propose to conduct a canned food drive to benefit a local charity in the Austin area during our annual picnic. To this endeavor, if you are interested, we ask your support and participation through donation of canned goods or non-perishable food items on April 19th.
